Noting that ripoutyoureyes (account age 107 days, site membership 75ish days) recently made multiple unauthorized edits:

Of note, they had one previous unauthorized edit from last week, when they attempted to set http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/daveyoufool-proposal this page's parent to their (now deleted due to low rating) coldposted tale.

Their forum history indicates a consistent lack of understanding/following guidelines:

I have revoked their membership. PM has been sent.

As several instances of their unauthorized edits are clearly vandalism, a ban may need to be implemented.

This seems to be an issue with maturity. Whether they need a ban would depend on how they respond to the membership revocation. If they return, we should keep an eye on them, if they maintain this behavior a short ban would be appropriate.
