Coldpost spam, changing tags of the work of other authors without permission.

DrDoctor731 (now renamed to Dr Nigger Nigga does not match any existing user name) user spammed 3 coldposts and created an author page in the span of 2 hours.

After which, they started editing tags incorrectly, removing legitimate tags and adding non-existing ones.

Site membership has been revoked, I PMed.

Under their new name (see edited first post), the user vandalized numerous pages and created several spam pages (which have been reverted/deleted). Seeing as they were renamed from this account, I think it is appropriate to log it here.

Following their vandalism spree, they were emergency banned. I am voting to make the ban permanent.
