I have decided to step down from Rewrite Captaincy, and give that position over to Riemann, the current Vice Captain, making the third time he is Rewrite Captain. The new Vice Captain is weizhong, a fellow former Rewrite Captain. All I need to do now is become Vice Captain for some period of time.

Until then, I'll have to settle being the Primary Admin Contact for the Rewrite Team, a change agreed to by myself, Riemann and aismallard, the previous Primary Contact.
