These are votes of confidence. If you are unfamiliar or on the fence about someone, vote NO. Only vote yes if the candidate has your confidence and genuinely feels ready for promotion in your mind.

Please note this is the largest promotion vote in staff history. There are a LOT of candidates. With changes to promotion policy, OS+ are able to vote on Operational Staff AS WELL AS moderators. Please make sure to vote on both sets of candidates so promotion staff don't have to pester you.

Alex has been doing a lot of good work around MAST. They have tagged a considerable amount of articles, completed over 100 tales for collections and has assisted in many more aspects around MAST. Outside of my team they have also shown a willingness to help across staff and give input when they feel they have something to say. This amount of work warrants a promotion in my opinion. |
Optional areas of improvement: |
My one complaint would need to be your haste in acting on certain ideas you have. While I have yet to see this happen for any reason beyond wanting to help, it is important to gain insight from your captains and others before pulling the trigger. As long as you work on this, I have no problems with you moving up. |

Cassandra, much like Alex, has been putting in a lot of work across staff. Their biggest contributions so far have been numerous. Drafting up a new organizational page for O5 Updating, working quite a bit with the Official Discord team, charter discussions and much more. As I've said before, this amount of work warrants a promotion. |

Luxaiko has been one of the best pickups the Community Outreach team has acquired in some time. Luxaiko has been my most active Site News member and it seems she has really found herself as a staff member there. A friendly member in the community, involved, and hard working, Luxaiko is the template moving forward of what I will be looking for in a Community Outreach member. I had some initial pause when bringing Luxaiko onto the team due to a prior unsuccessful venture on MAST some time ago. I am very happy to say that she has exceeded the expectations I had set for her. She will make an excellent addition as an Operational Staff member. |
Optional areas of improvement: |
As one of the most successful Site News members so far, I am going to rely on Luxaiko further to ensure that any new recruits are heading in the right direction whether they be Site News members or CO members in general. I believe she is up to the task. |

Meserach has been a godsend for Discord Crit - they’ve been a massive help in keeping things running smoothly, as well as making sure every idea gets its attention. On top of this, they’ve been a fantastic voice in 05 and staff-chat discussions, weighing in on many issues and being a major pusher for the new staff charter. I cannot think of a better candidate for OS status, she’s already it in everything but name and vote. |

Slow down - as much as I hate this as an improvement point, everything needs priorities and you’re a valuable voice on staff - make sure to set your limits and boundaries with the site so you don’t burn out |

Mes hasn't been apart of MAST for long and hasn't yet had the opportunity to show their stuff in our team, but due to her stellar work on Site Crit and O5 discussions, I'm willing to add my voice along Limeyy's to really show that they definitely deserve this promo. I believe she deserves this promotion wholeheartedly and i'm excited to see how you improve the way we do things in the future. |

Like Limeyy said, try and pace yourself. Being a workhorse is an excellent trait but everyone has their limits. Be sure not to push yourself. |

Rounder has been a solid voice on the team since bringing him on. He has delivered invaluable input and insightful commentary on any number of technical topics, and is a key component of the site's technical knowledge base. While the Tech captains acknowledge he and other members of staff have butted heads at times, he clearly understands staff procedure, responsibility, and he remains an essential liaison to our sister site. Considering Junior Staff as a training position, Rounder has effectively been Operational Staff for some time. |

Though they are one of the newer JS, they have more than shown their willingness to take on work and do it well. Massive amounts of work put into the charter itself and they were one of the first people to volunteer for O5 pruning. They where also a major contributor in gathering and organizing every policy put into effect since staff's founding. these are my biggest reasons for wanting them up for this promo cycle despite my usual inclination to wait a cycle. With the added responsibilities, I hope this will encourage them to keep up the good work and continue showing us what they can do. |

Estrella has been a diligent, knowledgeable, and trustworthy member of Tech since joining the team. In their time on Tech they have become a repository of site-specific technical knowledge, to the point that they can be relied upon to solve practically any problem. Their expertise makes us confident that they qualify for a promotion to Moderator — and not only that, the number of edits they have to request existing mods make to themes/components indicates that the benefits of the role will be of use to them. |

Do I really need to say anything here? I could list out everything Estrella does for the wiki, but that would quickly become a drag. I expect all of you to know or have seen first hand what Estrella has done and understand why a Mod promotion is warranted. They are a beast and always has been. |

While Jackal may not he the most active staffer when it comes to O5 discussions and other MAST tasks, they are actually one of our most consistent voters and has been OS for a long time. As we all know Deletions is struggling ro find Moderators willing to consistently handle the deletions process. In an attempt to fix this problem, Jackal was approached and asked to take on this added responsibility in order to better assist the deletions team. Since they are already focused on deletions, I think this is a good move to better facilitate daily deletions and Conwell in general. |

I would encourage you to take a more active stance when it comes to O5 discussions but the priority will always be deletions so as long as you maintain a consistency with that, I have no problems. |

Like Sid, Jerden has been invaluable in the recent INT hub work. Their MAST type work in INT began before being officially on the team, and they do it very well. The additional access to metadata will make their work much easier and I'm confident they can handle anything staff can throw at them. |

Jerden has done a lot when it comes to improving the site. You may have seen many of his hubs and other page contributions, but recently Jerden has taken a leadership role within MAST as the head of collab pruning and has begun the efforts needed to improve the team. They have helped Navigation and are now investigating the best way to improve the front page and other navigational pages. They are a consistently calm voice and a very capable creator. This and also the rest of Jerden's work across staff has more then earned them a promotion in my eyes. |

like Jerden, Sid's been critical in getting INT hub up and running and successful. They navigate the space very well, which isn't quite something that can be taught. The promotion to moderator will allow them to access metadata freely so they can do their job unimpeded. And I'm fully confident in their ability to handle any extra work that may come their way. |

Siddartha has been a wonderful asset to my team. As the co-section header of Site News, Sidd was involved with revamping it to where it could be more sustainable than before. Sidd is a level-headed individual and has a presence not only on -EN but also the International level. This connection was one of the reasons I recruited Sidd to staff, and I have not come to regret it whatsoever. As a representative of staff, I believe Siddartha is ready and deserving of the role of Moderator. |

Sidd does a wonderful job learning from other and being able to self-improve. My hope is that Sidd will acquire a stronger and more confident voice to their opinions and thoughts in the future. |

Sid does a lot of work across all of our teams. From their work on INT translations to assisting where they can on different MAST teams. My main reasoning for wanting them to obtain Mod permissions is because they are the most common person I see asking for Metadata to be opened and other requests for Mod help. With this promotion, Sid will have the ability to handle these tasks single handedly and reduce the amount of steps it takes to get things done. |

Storm has been doing a lot of good work for MAST, specifically focusing on leading and improving O5 Command Updating as well as assisting in general MAST leadership duties. The added help in recruitment and refining MAST's overall purview is a huge help and incredibly appreciated. They are a smart lad and they are consistently a good voice in discussions, on O5 and within staff chat. They deserve this promotion. |

Crossing has been an incredibly skilled and level member of staff for a good while. Originally a moderator of the (non-official) Amino and (official) Reddit, they proved their ability to effectively moderator spaces that are chaotic or difficult to make sense of, and those skills show in their calm and level-headed approach to handling issues. They handle a variety of tasks on staff, from working on IO and CO to assisting Disciplinary cases and performing maintenance. Combined with their ability to effectively take breaks from staff and not over-extend themselves, the Administration would like to place UncertaintyCrossing up for vote to admin. |
