This pattern goes far above and beyond what I believe a simple warning or revocation would warrant. This is excessive and I would argue borderline abusive, and certainly in violation of Rule 0 many times over. As such, I am recommending a minimum of a month-long ban. Standard disc elevation from there in the event of repeat behavior.
