Ragamuffin, Niffumagar, et al
Some background:
Past few weeks, dude named ragamuffin (among associating nicks, he picks a new one that's obviously connected each time) has been coming into chat. First time, he asked a bunch of ops banal questions, and then decided to continue pestering me and kaktus, up to and including hitting on us as a joke. While myself and kaktus (I assume, we didn't like, talk about him at length) allowed him to continue because we found him amusing (and because he kept it in PMs and out of 19), I did explicitly warn him that if he creeped on anyone else, he'd be permanently banned, which he acknowledged.
Cut to today where he hits on Photo out of the blue:
Banned and removed.
