I was alerted to a high volume of low-quality feedback being posted to the forums by noop10011 the morning of Dec 12. User's profile reflects several single-sentence replies to requests for feedback in a very short period of time. I staff posted their most recent comment and will proceed with revoke upon next infraction.

User posted again after my warning, same style of reply as the others. I have revoked their membership and PM'd them why; they are free to re-apply if they agree to change their conduct.

Dude I just say get to writing. This is one of the best things I have heard of in a long time. Talk about potential I think this just broke the record for it. I unfortunately however cannot give out greenlights but If I could I would give you one right now!

Dont ask how does it do it. It is an anomolie it is supposed to be mysterious and unknown.

I've staffposted and sent them a PM with an official warning and Writing Help forums cease-and-desist order. Ban on next infraction.

Noting that after the official warning PM went out, the user sent me two messages. One was asking for feedback on a draft thread, the other (about 8 hours later) was:

Hi Zyn… I could use some help. I would like you to help me make an SCP. I would like it if me and you could work together in the future and be co-authors together… I need help. If you accept my author please DM me back instruction on how to make you a co-author of the SCP and thank you in advance.

Even though not all of these are the same concept, this bumps up the total amount of coldposts to 8 times in a little over a month.

Based on the persistent disregard for feedback and the examples of others, it's time to escalate action to make clear the point which failed to land in December.

I would suggest a 1 week ban.

Since they have not changed since their revoke, I am supporting a 48-hour ban.

Edit: I am also comfortable with a week long ban.

As a result of your failure to change this behavior, and disregard for the warnings of site staff, you have been issued a one-week ban from the SCP wiki. This ban will expire on February 2nd, 2022.

Hello noop,

You have posted an article of the same concept now roughly eight times. While it is true that there has been text change to the draft during this time, these were simple refinements rather than active revision/editing. In a sense, you were using the SCP main list in place of a sandbox as you tooled around with this article/concept. This is very much still in the realm of spamming.

With respect to warnings, between the eight times this article has been deleted, to your membership on the SCP wiki being revoked for this behavior, you cannot say we did not warn you that this line of behavior was unacceptable.

Your ban will expire on 2/2/2022. You may reapply to the site at that time.
