Fiat - Wiki Domain in the Charter

I have invoked fiat to edit the Site Charter to replace links to the old (scp-wiki.net) domain with our current official domain (scpwiki.com).

It is believed this reflects the will of staff, as in a previous discussion concerning the site domain, there was staff approval for changing the official domain of the site to scpwiki.com. Like all actions by fiat, this is subject to administrative review.

Noting that, in my interpretation and as I advised in admin chat, this is in no way a material change to the actual Charter so it does not require staff consensus.
