User Sanguine has been permanently banned for attempting to log into my oper account, presumably maliciously given they had just recieved an underage ban.

Apparently they were perma banned via Helen, but no X-line was ever added. They tried to join under a different nick, and upon hitting Helen’s deathwall, proceeded to message me claiming that they were actually the brother of the banned user. Neither I nor the other staffers I discussed with bought this, and after consulting Kufat, they were permanently G-lined from SkipIRC via AKILL.
