Fiat - Dexanote Censure Recusal
This action is being taken by Staff request, in order to allow the Disciplinary Team to enact Staff Discipline, as is necessary and required by the Charter and for site functionality, barring Vote of No Confidence which does not apply to situations that do "not fill any of the standard Disciplinary Team requirements for censure".
This decision is now being formalized: I am invoking fiat to require that Dexanote should not participate in matters concerning Staff Censure until his own Disciplinary case is resolved.
Several months ago, this decision was made informally; I am formalizing it. Like all actions by fiat, this is subject to administrative review. At present, it is believed that this action reflects the will of Staff.
