User Ravonies (Wikidot account age: 2512 days | Wikidot ID: 2025813 | Site membership: 2512 days) has recently come back from an apparent hiatus and has displayed a pattern of problematic behavior related to community responses to coldposts published by them. Specifically, this entails them going on a spree of self-deprecative rants in people's (especially mine) inboxes who have downvoted their posts. This typically revolves around them claiming that they believe negative reactions to their articles are personal and biased in nature. While I believe Disc is still looking over this user's actions, my personal overlook of such claims holds no grounds, and there is no evidence of malicious behavior against the user.
I'm unaware as to the extent of this user going after other site members, but the following consists of private messages I've received from them:
Did I do something wrong, or do people just see things by me and auto negabomb it?
I get my writing is bad, but isn't that why people can come in and improve upon it?
It takes me a day to come up with what I make, after weeks or months of thinking over it. I suck at getting things from head to paper, and I think half of the community is like "Oh Sad fox girl with low karma AUTO NEGABOMB," and half of the remaining half being like "Cool Idea NEGABOMB SO I CAN HAVE IT" with the remaining half being honest… they don't like it.
But when I write something I write it to be improved on, I just list the bare bones and how it works, and hope other people as a community can jump in and make things better than the sad sack of crap I post.
Regards.

Basically outsiders point of view, says, posting a SCP is like pulling teeth, and it is worse on people with low Karma.
And thank you for sharing that, I thought most things here were a collaboration and were allowed to grow and evolve with time.
In response to these PMs, I've messaged them back explaining to them the lack of any malice against them, the fact that Karma hold no relevance on site, that most people struggle with their creative processes, no one will be permitted to take their ideas per our plagiarism policy, etc. I have also urged them to reflect on the inappropriate nature of their recent conduct.
In addition, shortly after this interaction, the user posted the following comment on an in-deletion coldpost of theirs:
When I post, yah I suck at posting, I couldn't make a good story to save my life. However that is why Wiki exists, I am more than happy to let people edit and make things better on anything I make, so long as it stays in the spirit of what is being made.
I come on here, take a day to pour my little heart into writing something, just to think
- Yay I made something that might be good…And I think Other people see it and go.
- one half of the people here see Sad Kitsune with post has low Karma… Low Karma = Bad… AUTO NEGABOMB.
- Half of the remaining half see the idea and encourage their friends to negabomb it to kill it so they can use it later.
- The remaining half of that half is honest.I post so people can grasp on to the idea and make it better… I know I suck at this thing ok, I can't even format properly. And Like I said before I don't mind if you get in and edit, this is a SCP, god knows how many wacky things can come from it.
I haven't seen a box of needles on here before, and since it seems that needles never get any consideration on how uncertainty works… you never know what will befall a poor D-class that pricks themselves…. and everyone loves picking on D-class.
So yah Needles hurray, lets see how many effects we can pack in.
Overall, this user has rapidly gotten themselves into a pattern of self-deprecation, pity partying, and inappropriate responses in the face of negative feedback; going as far as to message those who have downvoted their pages. Keep a close eye on them.
