On 2021-08-29, proudpieces does not match any existing user name came to 17 to request sandbox access. They turned out to be underage, and was duly given a ban until they are of age at the time.
(As the user had made it to #site19, this should have been logged in its own thread, but it was logged onto the Generic 17 Ban Thread by accident)
Subsequently, they have been hitting our banwall under alt nicks "CircularSquare" and "swordrock" in the last couple of days. Their answer when confronted in PMs by a chat operator showed that these were deliberate ban-evasion attempts. As such, their ban has been upgraded to perma.
