An old request thread, http://scp-wiki.wikidot.com/forum/t-13491778/change-the-wiki-syntax-button-on-the-side-bar, asked that we change the Wiki Syntax link on the sidebar, given the issues with Wikidot's documentation.

Since it was apparently not implemented, after conferring with the Technical Team and getting approval from Community Outreach, this change has now been made.
