Given that the site rules have a specific listing for collaborative logs rules in the "Editing" section, and with the three votes for a yearlong ban, I have enacted said ban and PMed the user. An appeal is open to them.

I sorted the whole list into tabs sorted by object type. The smaller lists are much more manageable than one big list, and can be kept small by increasing the specificity of the topic as more and more anomalous items are added. I could do the same thing with the first and second volumes, but I do not have editing access to those. If I can get editing access to those two pages and break them down by topic as I did here, I believe all three anomalous item pages can be combined, however I don't know how to go about doing that. Is there any moderator/admin that can help?

They do seem well-intentioned; however, I can understand the hesitation to want to leave this as a revoke given that the user didn't think to check the site rules or ask staff before making the unauthorized page overhaul.
That said, I've spoken with staff about getting the site rules Collab Logs section edited to make it clearer that formatting overhauls are not allowed on collab logs.
