(Obligatory note that I am not on Disc; posting at the request of Zyn.)
User Mr_stickman (Wikidot user: 2206 days | Site member: 2194 days) has recently engaged in several acts of blatant malicious downvoting on multiple rewrites of older articles which were a part of the mass rewrite commission established in light of recent events. Shortly after the posting of the revised version of article SCP-031, there was an inflammatory argument in the discussion thread of the page as to whether it being rewritten without properly attributing/gaining permission from the original author violated the guidelines of the CC BY-SA 3.0 license. After the conversation became further heated and was subsequently closed by Modern_Erasmus, the user posted their own comment along the lines of the discontinued topic above their post and flagrantly admitted to downvoting the article solely on the controversy surrounding the article's rewrite rather than voting according to the page's contents; a clear violation of the Site Rules. After I replied with a closed staff post, the user still did not remove the offending rating.
Furthermore, some time earlier, they also downvoted another article (SCP-649) also interconnected with the aforementioned site events which is also being considered malicious in nature.
They've since been emergency revoked. Disc is discussing further action.
