Noting that Dharkon (account age 5 days, not yet a site member) has been sending me some PMs that make me skeptical that they are of age to join the site:

I told them to use the Join the Site page to submit an application.
It Does Not Show The Button.
I asked them if they were using the right Join the Site page, as the SCP wiki does not have an auto-join button.
it does not work. it says Not Secure, meaning it cannot sign in.
I sent them a link to the third party cookies info page, and told them if that didn't help they should contact a Technical Team staff member.
That does not help.
I told them again they should contact a Technical Team staff member.
