Incident Report 152-06: On ██/██/20██, the site security officer assigned to SCP-152 reported that it had undergone an "update", as this was during maintenance of surveillance equipment this could not be confirmed. The officer, out of curiosity decided to see the new entry. The entry, as reported, was said to be a scenario in which a video by the popular online video sharing platform ███████, presented by [Redacted] detailed SCP-096 including a photo, went viral and led to a XK end-of-the-World scenario. The officer noticed that on the preceding page, which the book had left unexposed, was the outline of a photograph, presumably the viral photo as detailed in the update. The Officer immediately closed the book, turned off the lamp, and destroyed the camera viewing SCP-152. While notifying the Site security office, the electronic scale was triggered. Afterward, the entry in question, along with the photo, was no longer found to be within SCP-152. Subsequent investigation revealed that SCP-152, perhaps believing its destruction was imminent led to the first-ever self redaction of SCP-152. Weight comparison from the electronic scale confirmed this.
Addendum 6: I cannot believe that this was a coincidence. SCP-152 must have some semblance of awareness as to redact itself. The Foundation must remain aware of all information regarding our work and what may undermine our purpose. Get a status report on SCP-096's termination. NOW. -O5-█
