User novasama does not match any existing user name previously applied with the username "NovaLoliMaster". The application was discussed by the Disc Committee and it was decided to decline and permanently ban them due to the implications of their username.
The user in question then deleted the account and re-applied with the new one. This was also declined due to the ban. They popped into 17 to ask what was up and ended up appealing. Appeal follows:

I vote to decline their appeal. "I didn't know the implication" of 'LoliMaster' is not a sufficient excuse for me, as it was immediately replaced with NovaSama, which is pretty much the same thing but without the "Loli" part. Also, their final questions imply a potential attempt to ban evade. No.
In a separate decision, chatstaff have decided to permanently ban them from the network.
