I've been receiving complaints that complaints have gone unheeded and people are sometimes doing stuff that's over the line and have gone undisciplined.
We need to make complaints known to each other, via 05 or otherwise, and we need to keep better track of stuff that's over the line - even if it doesn't end in a ban. We've had too many cases of people receiving multiple non-formal warnings.
If we're not going directly to 05 with issues regarding users, we can keep track with the bot.
Even if a particular operator doesn't feel that a complaint is warranted, we should generally make it known to other operators. A certain degree of neutrality is required here.
The lack of coordination seems to be slaughtering any confidence the community has in us. We have gotten better, yes, but we need to keep getting better.
