Update to terms used in the Deletions Guide
On http://05command.wikidot.com/deletions-guide I have added mention of fragment pages to this portion of the guide:
Supplementary pages, such as interviews, incidents, experiment logs, and the like, will be automatically deleted when their parent page is.
This part of the deletions guide was written before the use of fragment pages was common. They are by definition supplementary pages and have already been treated as such during deletions. Nonetheless MAST's Deletions team decided to update the list of what counts as a supplementary page to explicitly include fragments for clarity.
