Moving to our own network: SkipIRC
With unanimous assent by chat administrators, we've begun exploratory work in moving to our own IRC network. This is being done for a wide variety of reasons which I will be laying out in a write-up post here on 05, and will be linking when it's complete, along with some new guides for users, chat ops, and new network operators in using new commands. I'll communicate this over to the main site when we've got enough stuff put together and stable that it makes sense to do so.
