As the timer for this thread has run out, I have made a voting thread.
This proposal is for the replacement of the front page's source code with the source code from here, and the restructuring of the forums to the structure presented here.
Since proposed in the discussion thread, a few changes have been made based on staff feedback. A list of initial changes can be found here, and all changes can be found in the discussion thread. The front page change will be implemented by me, and the forum change will be implemented by Roget.
This voting thread is open to Operational Staff and above. Please vote yes or no to the following questions: Should the front page be replaced by the one located here, and should the forum be restructured to the layout detailed here?
