I believe at this point, we're up to perma. We've already given this user more chances than would be typical, and their promises start to ring hollow when they've made and broken them so many times.
ETA: also noting but in case it was missed in the post upthread, the user clearly didn't read the rules as they continued to misuse the forums, and also started adding wholly unnecessary uncollapsed images to their comments (which is against the rules they claim to have read, and necessitated even more staff cleanup).

Dr-Zack-Wills appears to have similar birthdate, posting patterns, and was created after the jesal dave account, which has since been deleted. Additionally, Procy was helpful enough to notice that the user's sandbox contains a draft that the banned user had posted already on the forums. Fellow admins Magnus and bluesoul have observed and agree with the ban.
