Generic 17 Ban Thread
So, one weak point for the team has always been the logging of bans from #site17, which nowadays tend to outnumber bans from #site19. The current policy is just to ban them, and then leave it unlogged because we really had nowhere to put the logs (it is far, far easier to get banned from 17 than 19 and the vast majority of 17 incidents, even those that end in a ban, are not worthy of a new thread). We'd then leave them unbotted because we had no logs, and they'd just be handled when I go in and personally clear out the 17 ban list every week or so. And in practice, this system has worked well. But we can do better.
So, starting now, every 17 ban that is not worthy of having their own thread1 should be logged below.
