Minor Rewrite of the Guide for Newbies
I recently noticed that the Guide for Newbies is pretty vague with its explananation of proper forum conduct on the wiki, and thus may be at least partially responsible for the sheer volume of non-disc records that new users accrue due to problematic forum activity. As such, I drafted up a quick rewrite of the guide, with the only section that has been altered being that forum section. I expanded on it and moved it higher up. Feel free to check out the rewrite here. I've already ran it by MayD, ARD, Soulless, and Zyn and I've implemented their suggestions.
Unless anybody has some serious reservations with this, I'll be updating the hub sometime on the 17th with the proposed changes.
