Chat user mees has a history of "testing" staff and user tools by breaking them, and reporting it in site19.
Previously, mees has crashed helen and exposed her vulnerabilities in a public channel. Recently, mees "tested" bluesoul's scuttle project, and exposed passwords, and crashed the service.
Both issues were solved, but the fact remains neither myself nor bluesoul requested anyone to test our projects like this, and the scuttle project was definitely not user facing at this point.
I'm not sure what action should be taken, but I'd argue that the user has abused their access to chat and caused significant difficulty to multiple users.
