Needless to say, escalated to a weeklong. Different IP (36813D0F.CE6C7507.2D759371.IP), which might be ban-evasion if they came back before their 24-hour was up — I wasn't there for the original infraction and I'm not sure of the specifics of the timing, so I'll leave that distinction up to someone better-informed. Yep, they came back a couple hours too soon. Permanent ban!

For the first one i got a 24h ban which I followed for 22h and also a horrible cr*ppost (I wasn't paying attention and that is my fault but I wasn't EVADING a BAN)
The second one was also 24h, and yeah that was a horrible joke since people never joke about beating because it is taboo within the public community and is unfunny since it is a real issue many people struggle with in life.
The reason I got permabanned was for the Ban Evasion but I imagine these crappy jokes also were a factor for it. (If you guys don't find these funny but offensive I'm sorry but I'm calling them jokes for lack of a better term)
If not then that truly sucks, and if I get banned on the forums for this post that also sucks.
And no i didn't join the community to be a troll
