Let them know that the confirmation email might have gotten filtered into spam or into the Social inbox category in Gmail - [image]. Not every Gmail account has these optional inbox subdivisions enabled, but many do. Users can forget that this exists. I know I ignore mine.

Several new users have informed me that that's where they found their Wikidot account confirmation letter after some searching.
