So, new user Dr has been a bit of a nuisance the past couple of days, acting like someone who is not mature enough for the chat. 1 year ban for being, for all intents and purposes, underage.

Returned to appeal but it is not November yet, despite how long March has been. Malyce handled this, with supervision from opchat.

This is two strikes.

If they attempt to appeal even one more time before November 26th, their first allowable ban appeal date will be one year from the date of that attempt.
