So, a few days back (it's been hectic, we forgot to log) a user, NPTU2 was given a one year ban for being indistinguishable from underage. Said user typed at what is without exaggeration below a fifth grade level and was borderline incomprehensible, despite repeatedly claiming to be 15. While we forgot to log the ban, the user was aware of both being banned and the length, as they unsuccessfully appealed it some hours later.

Today, they slipped in under a new host and immediately tried changing their names to cover their tracks. Perma for ban evasion.

User came in and appealed, I denied it on the basis of the ban evasion, which he claimed was accidental. The logs of the incident are nowhere to be found, but accounts from other users determine it to be unlikely that he was autojoining as he said he was.
