In addition to some continued minor disruptiveness, Dalek had been keeping a list on his sandbox of numerous channels he had tried to join, including multiple secret staff channels. The sandbox has been deleted, and ops decided on a permanent ban from chat for leaving those in public, and for attempting to join them to be disruptive in the first place.

As deleting sandboxes is an unusual and extreme procedure, I would like to note it was done with the permission of a site administrator and that the page source (minus the offending content) was sent to the user via wikidot PM.

In my review of the circumstances surrounding the initial ban, I received confirmation that DalekCraft didn't just compile a list of channels for their own edification, but also sent said list to at least one other non-staff user.

As I stated in the declination of the appeal, this is an intentional attempt to violate operational security and is not acceptable behavior.
