So I got a very nice PM from new user Dean Andrews:
Hello. I have two questions for you, but if they are not meant for you to answer then please let me know who I should instead ask. 1) I am fourteen and did not know that I had to be fifteen to join most likely because I missed that rule. Following that, how will you know when I am turning fifteen and allow me to join? 2) Even though I am only fourteen, I started a draft for an SCP before I got my access denied. I fear that it will be deleted and I would like to ask is can still work on the draft, even if it will not get published until I turn fifteen? That is all and if you are the wrong person to send these questions to, I am sorry for wasting your time.
I'm not quite sure how he got his access denied (did he submit an app that got denied?), but he's not on the sandbox list of blocked users last I checked. I'm fine with his continuing to work on his draft in the sandbox (and I told him so) since he's actually been remarkably coherent and polite. His writing's not quite up to mainsite expectations, but I do see potential given his age.
Keep an eye on, I guess?
