User hondor23 has posted a few very low quality coldposts and made a bunch of terribad edits to some of the collab logs, but today brought us our main event.
He posted the doomed SCP-2153 and titled it "The Word of Extreme Rage" on the mainlist (and now it's SCP-2153-J) with the following content:

Despite being a masterwork of heart wrenching beauty, I started summary, to which the user replied:

Called it!

This and the summary were the the only posts in the comment thread, so I assume he posted this article to get it summarily deleted for… some indiscernible reason.
Even without that, this is obviously just very ineffectual trolling.
Calling for ban.

Seriously, this was not meant to be taken seriously. Deleting it was fine, but its only purpose was to troll the Foundation.

From the Site Rules:

The most common way to receive a twenty-four hour ban is by violating one of the rules mentioned above. Additional violations equal longer bans. An instant permanent ban only results from vandalism, blatant and obvious trolling, harassment of a site member, sockpuppetry, or other severe misconducts.

A ban is in order, but given the apparent cluelessness displayed by the user on previous occasions and attempts to be a productive member, I'm not totally comfortable jumping straight to perma.

I'd go with a 24 to start with. Little faith that it won't end up as a perma though.

I'm actually going for permanent. This shows a lack of maturity and an outright, explicit intent to 'troll the Foundation.'

No appeal with trollers, in my opinion. I'm not sure why a "one year appeal" has ever been honored, except in very special cases where the person was legitimately repentant.

Also agreeing that I'm not sure why we would mention a possibility of appeal in this case.

It's possible that we should reassess the language we use to discuss disciplinary action, because there's been so much drift in perspectives.
