New site member Charles Alweiz does not match any existing user name (account age 18 days, site membership 15 days) has recently exhibited some questionable responses to feedback:

Only problem is, for the way my mind works guides and essays are anything but helpful.
I know there's not much of a narrative as it's literally just a basic idea at the moment. I'm not going to have the entire thing thought up right away nor should you expect me to. I said nothing about costing less than fifty pounds, I said WEIGHING less than fifty pounds. Please read accurately and then I'll take your criticism fully.
(of note, the post in question stated "most items 50 pounds or less", and the reviewer is British)
They continued in the same vein, even after kaktus intervened:

Sorry. I'm just stressing out because I want to make a contribution but whenever I try to It's never good enough because apparently an idea is supposed to be fully fleshed out and thought of and everything. It's bull.
Like, I get people want a narrative, but I don't come up with the narrative right away when coming up with something. I come up with the ideas. And this forum is where those ideas go.
They then attempted to delete the thread and repost it: http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-12466721/scp-idea-but-written-better-than-last-time
This is a concept. Not a fully fleshed out, or decided narrative. A concept. Please keep that in mind as you read this. It will change as more details are thought up, and it will have a narrative even if it doesn't seem like one at this moment in time. Please keep that in mind, for my sanity if anything.
[…]
Again, this is a concept. The narrative doesn't exist yet. The direction I'm taking doesn't exist yet. I came up with this, and I want to see if there's interest in it and possibly get a green light for it. I do know that I want to develop this further, but I see no point in doing so unless there's interest. Please let me know.
And when I locked it as a repeat, they sent me the following PM:
It's not a repeat. I changed the idea slightly and deleted the prior as best as I could since for one reason or another you can't delete your own posting. That's why the other was replaced with requests for it's deletion.
I'm not withholding information purposefully, I just don't see a point in actually fleshing it out if it's just going to be rejected for not being an absolute perfect thing. And whenever I ask for help people refer me to the damn essays and stuff that don't help me, or completely ghost me. So I don't know what I'm supposed to do because honestly this is starting to piss me off.
I sent back:
It's not a repeat. I changed the idea slightly
Per the forum guidelines: http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-1019200/how-to-use-this-forum-ideas "Don't make duplicate threads for the same concept. That keeps spam down, prevents forum flooding, and is more efficient for reviewers too when following the development of an idea." If you changed the idea slightly, it's considered a new version of the same concept.
and deleted the prior as best as I could since for one reason or another you can't delete your own posting.
This is to keep site members accountable for what they post.
That's why the other was replaced with requests for it's deletion.
Staff don't delete threads unless they contain severe rulebreaking material.
I'm not withholding information purposefully, I just don't see a point in actually fleshing it out if it's just going to be rejected for not being an absolute perfect thing.
Reviewers aren't looking for perfection, but they are looking for fleshed-out concepts.
And whenever I ask for help people refer me to the damn essays and stuff that don't help me,
Why don't the essays help you?
or completely ghost me.
This may be due to your behavior in the forums. It doesn't encourage people to want to help you.
So I don't know what I'm supposed to do because honestly this is starting to piss me off.
Keep in mind that everyone who helps out authors on the site does so out of their own time, for free, and for fun. Focus more on understanding how you can figure out the site's learning curve rather than getting caught up in the elements that make you upset.
At any rate, keep an eye on.
