djkaktus reported receiving at least two PMs in the past month regarding the rewrite guide and has asked that it be posted without the history of him having been the author. I'm going to comply by deleting and reposting the guide.

Please inform me if anyone has any concerns against this. I'll be doing this approximately within the next week.

We probably should have updated information in the guide before you reposted it - for example, listing Decibelle as an admin contact.

Also, you forgot to upload any of the images.
