Noting that they coldposted another article, after I'd PMed them about their previous two deletions with links to the sandbox, forums, etc.
The text of the article (before people helped fix it with rating module, capitalization, etc.) is as follows:
Item # : SCP- 2939
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP 2939 is to be contained in a locked container but is allowed to roam around the facility upon request due to her relatively docile nature, but has not been known to wander farther than 6.096 meters from her containment chamber. When entering her container, no less than two personnel are allowed to enter her container at a time as to not startle her, as she spends most of her time drawing on the walls with a paint- like substance that the entity somehow produces. If she is interrupted without warning, she attacks by throwing the paint- like substance, which has shown to damage human skin and is extremely painful.
Description: SCP 2939 was moved to site 19 in 2003 from a house in ██████████, Louisiana. She appears to be a Caucasian female of around the age of 16. She has long, silvery blonde hair and fair skin. Her eyes are bi- colored. The entity is animate and docile unless frightened, but is very easy to contain. She is very artistic and her containment chamber is proof of this description, covered by intricate drawings. She also seems to have a vast knowledge of artists from the past. She has engaged in intelligent conversation with personnel, even drawing intricate pictures of them and giving them as gifts when the entity encounters personnel in the hallways outside of her containment chamber.
Personnel report hearing her talking and laughing to herself. When monitored on security cameras, however, she has not been shown to talk to herself at all.
The entity's container seems to clear itself of paint, but this may be caused by the SCP creating a color of the paint- like substance in a color to match the color of the walls of the container.
Given that it's a considerable step up from the first thing posted, I'm willing to hold off on a revoke for now. Of course, given that they haven't made any forum posts at all, it's possible they're not even reading the feedback they're getting—either way, revoke on the next coldpost.
