New user DrParkswood recently coldposted a (currently low-rated) joke SCP, and then changed two -CU articles to input the following text:

SCP-1548-CU:

OH DEAR, GOD, PLEASE, THAT THING IS TOO CUTE FOR MY EYES, PLEASE, OH MY GOD, THAT IS THE CUTEST THING, HOLY SHIT IT IS. OH MY FUCKING GOD. -SCP-3600-J

SCP-2600-CU:

OH MY GOD, I'M GONNA PUKE!

HOLY SHIT, THIS THING IS UGLY.

HZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.

Site member TobiasTheTapir reverted the changes and made a post explaining that major edits were not allowed. I staffposted clarifying a bit (i.e. major edits are allowed provided author and/or staff permission was given).

Keep an eye on them.

User edited SCP-105 just now, I reverted. Posted reversion notices on all three for record-keeping, and sent a PM. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt that he didn't see your post before making the 105 edit (they were only 12 minutes apart).

They edited SCP-035. Banned. Will let Woggle and Zyn handle the followup.

EDIT: upon consultation, changed to a membership revocation.

Note, when I sent the revocation message originally, I forgot to change the title, which said 'Notice of 24 Hour Ban'. The message text, however, was correct. I have since PMd the user a followup explaining the error.

Noting that they've tossed yet another coldpost onto the site, they still have no sandbox, and they still have no comments made, despite the feedback they've received.

Also, said coldpost ends with the following:

I disagree that the ban should be related to the content he produces. The stuff you quoted is a sad misguided attempt at creepypasta nonsense, but there's nothing wrong with it beyond it being awful.

That said, yes, another coldpost in general should be enough for a 24h ban I think. He's ban PMed, warned, revoked and so on, and so on.

Yeah, I didn't have an issue with the content itself, it was more the fact that pretty much the entirety of the quoted stuff was added after they'd already posted to the site, and gotten critique telling them not to add stuff like that. It doesn't look like they're listening to any of the reviewers, which wastes everyone's time.

Sent me a message in which they asked how to join the site and (accidentally?) admitted to being banned (10 year old, ban evading) user Airplane611. Of note is the fact that when the Airplane guy ban evaded as Sam Boucetta, they used a character in an article named Dr. Parkswood. So. Yeah.

Edit: I replied letting them know they couldn't join because they are evading a ban for being underage. Moose edited the 24 hour ban to be permanent.
