User Maieare does not match any existing user name posted the following spasm in the thread for the soon-to-be deleted SCP-2929:

what are these names!!! 505 is a pen!!! a pen!!!

I staff posted telling them to calm the fuck down. They immediately followed up by voting in the deletion thread.

Issuing an official warning to this user. Advising revocation upon next action demonstrating unfamiliarity with site rules and/or inability to read.

My goal was for a scary SCP so I know I did that right (except for all the clichés) and yes it was pretty unoriginal but it was my first SCP I've written. As for the typos thats all my fault. But something happened between when I edited my story and when it was posted that messed my binary :-(

Given their response, and that no one has done the revoke yet judging from this thread, I'm going to say 'hold off for now' and see if they improve. It seems like a bad case of excited newbie. I'm alright with a revoke after the next offense, as Kalinin originally suggested, but this seems unnecessarily hasty.

Your membership in the SCP Foundation wiki has been revoked. This is due in general to a trend of behavior that suggests an overall lack of maturity and an inability to understand site culture and acceptable site behaviors, and specifically:

• posting an SCP, then starting a separate thread to ask for feedback on it
• posting the "The Anomalous Hold" page with no content whatsoever on it
• posting "what are these names!!! 505 is a pen!!! a pen!!!" in a deletion thread, which was just incoherent and overly vehement.

It seems evident that you need to take some time and reacquaint yourself with site culture and rules, possibly taking more time to watch conversations in the forums develop before trying to contribute to them, and definitely rereading the How to Write an SCP guide and the guidelines to the Drafts and Critiques and Ideas and Brainstorming subforums, both of which can be found sticked to the top of each subforum.

You may reapply once you have familiarized yourself with these things.
