User Norbert the Nutjob has recently been on a shitposting spree. This includes unnecessary, contentless replies, and, surprise, participation in that Corrupt-a-Wish thing¹. Besides from one draft, seemingly abandoned, all of this user's content has been useless or unnecessary.
Some of the worst offenders:

http://www.scp-wiki.net/forum/t-1023725/corrupt-a-wish#post-2251839 <- Someone actually came into 17 and asked staff to close this.

While that's not everything, that's a very representative sampling.

Hey wobblebug, i feel that you included this is unjust, i do not see how this post is worthless when i was just inquiring about the rules. I understand how the others were unhelpful but if you could please message me back explaining how this post is unhelpful then i would be very grateful.

The issue in the case of that particular post was not your intents in posting it, or what you asked within the post, but rather the lack of comprehensibility in the message itself. It is important that you try to ensure that other users will understand what is being said in your posts.
