Exotic meats in a far away land

Hello!

I am going to be on vacation from April 29th to May 6th, soaking up some California sun and seeing if I can figure out what in the nine hells possessed people to make salt water swimming pools.

While I'll have internet access, I don't anticipate having the time necessary to do JS Site Crit activities during this window.

Btw salt water pools let you chlorinate the water using a galvanic salt cell instead of dumping what is basically bleach into the water. Much better for your skin and hair. (Source: Was a poolboy in my youth)

I just want to bump this same thread again to save on clutter.

Allergy season is 1) 3-4 weeks later this year and 2) far more intense than anything I've experienced in the last 10 years.

I am utterly devastated by grass pollen allergies right now and it's tough to keep concentration to get crit in with the litany of things I am taking to fight this. As a result, last week and this week have been pretty quiet from me. I am hopeful that things will calm down and return more to normal by next week but I am at the mercy of the plants. It's just as Mark Wahlberg predicted.

Camping Excursion

In the North Woods of Wisconsin camping this coming weekend, Aug 2 - Aug 4. If it gets too hot I might be back a day early but I shouldn't miss too much time.

Due to the surprise nature of illness I wasnt able to update before hand. I've been out of commission with strep throat since last weekend. On the upswing though!

I begin a new work schedule today which'll substantially alter my work week. I should be available in my general/usual capacity but my pace of my day to day life is going to be changing a lot for the next couple months so I may be slow to respond or more disorganized than usual.

Leaving for a full week as of tonight for an extended road trip. I'll resume presence on the 19th and should be considered otherwise unavailable between now and then.
