User Tommity recently posted a Reimagination Contest entry which has since been self-deleted. In that entry, he expressed ignorance that self-upvoting was against site policy, and was also generally incoherent. Additionally, I had commenced a summary deletion vote because one of the tabs of his entry consisted almost entirely of the hidden text of SCP-000.

Advocating for revocation and a 24 the next time he comes in and flails.

Riemann accidentally documented this on a different thread, which I'm deleting to avoid redundancy.

User Tommity went on a vandalism streak, blanking out the Join This Site Page, the Re-imagining Contest, Members Pages, and Tale Hub.

Photo revoked his membership with witnesses.

Witnesses include me, Riemann, Rhett, Kaktus, and Wogglebug.

Actually, I banned him. It was a revoke at first, just to stop him as fast as possible — he was still actively blanking content when I got to him — but I then stepped it up to a permaban, as seems appropriate for a shitstorm like that.

I sent him the following PM:

Hello,

Due to your recent vandalism spree, you have been permanently banned from the SCP Wiki. If you have any response to make, you may PM me or another wiki administrator.

edit: Also, FWIW, in addition to the ones Riemann listed, he also tried to blank the SCP Series I, II, and III lists, the Guide for Newbies, and the Canon Hub.
