User xxkapamikey222xx does not match any existing user name made an edit to SCP-1000 where he added, and then quickly after subtracted the phrase ". I suck [DATA EXTRACTED].." into the artice.

He then posted this in the discussion page

Planet of the apes rip off, and oh! SCARY BIGFOOT! This story is awful. Down vote.

As a heads up, he also downvoted the SCP directly after I kicked him in 19.

I'd like to recuse myself from disciplinary action here due to being targeted directly, but informally this seems like a malicious downvote.

Are you sure he hadn't already downvoted it? Either way, the shitposting is the highlight here; he obviously already disliked the SCP before this point, given his little "statement".

He could just as easily have found the SCP knowing that Moose wrote it and decided to hate it before reading it.

This is what happened, yeah. Someone linked it in chat (a few times) while I was dealing with him. He then clicked on it in chat while angry at me, and downvoted, vandalized, and shitposted. It is 100% clear, including by his own admission, that he read it and voted on it only at that time.

Again, not making a recommendation, just clarifying.

Just for sake of keeping records, he also changed the object class of SCP-990 from Keter to Safe before all of this. I reverted and sent an informal heads-up-don't-do-that-please PM.
