Basically came in, had concerns about age that was beginning to be disruptive. I told him twice to head to site17 where we could better deal with his concerns, to which he ignored. Then I called a stop order, to which he ignored. So I kicked him, and he came back to curse me out and continued to be disruptive. So he is being given a 24 hour ban.

I'll half-op advise perma. I have never seen him contribute to chat in anything approaching a positive way, and I don't think he has any intentions of ever doing so.

Just a couple quick points of clarity: "admins" would be Kens and Troy… both of whom are pretty IRL busy right now (I know for a fact Troy wouldn't want this directed at him, whereas Kens can certainly deal with it but only when he's online, and afaik he's not online too much).

But the thing is, I can always check ban appeals via Wikidot PM on my glorious smartphone, so that should be what people are directed to do.

(Also, my laptop is on its last legs, though it is working now, which is why I didn't post otherwise yet~)

EDIT: Also barring a really good appeal I see no reason to override this perma.

After it was brought to my attention by ProcyonLotor, I had him enact a ban on SolDDanube and logged it as a perma. There was a consensus on that ruling in this thread, but nobody got around to actually updating the banlist, and the user returned to chat after his weeklong ban had expired (on the 28th of December).
