Don't put extra words in the name field.

Somebody called Et came into 19 and got banned because of the list previously saying "sniperlover et al" to indicate "sniperlover and a bunch of other names" - fixed now, but just for future reference guys.

After you edit this page, for any reason, please make sure go to #site-I-am-totally-posting-staffchat-publicly and check that Alexandra updates the banlist correctly.

Jarvis will now support bans for channels other than #site19. Primarily, this means #site17, but any other channels are supported as well by adding more tables.

Pattern-matching in hosts is now working again as well, after a brief hiatus.
