Kyle Reeves does not match any existing user name (who is also perma'd from 19) uploaded a CSS theme named after another site member, plaguebearer does not match any existing user name.
I spoke to her and she confirmed she did not know who Kyle Reeves does not match any existing user name was and therefore did not authorize this. Screenshots below.
Personally, I find this behavior kinda creepy, but I'm not disc.
