Potato_Pringles is apparently having some difficulty posting. First they posted SCP-2106 (under the URL "the-cd," which I renamed), then they posted SCP-2607, which was a copy-paste of the first article. SCP-2607 was then summarily deleted. About five seconds later, they reposted SCP-2607, again with the exact same content.

I'm advocating a revocation of their membership, as they don't appear to understand how articles work. Alternatively, if a staff member wants to PM them telling them to knock it off, I'd be fine with that. I just don't want to keep playing Wack-A-Mole.

The first version of your article will remain here and you can make edits on it. Any other versions of that article posted in the near future will be deleted. They edited the name of their original article several times. As far as I can tell, they're trying to make the name of their SCP appear on the mainlist and haven't figured out how to do that.

Also, agreeing on revocation.

Revocation is done via Photo. Can we agree not to reallow entry until they provide some acknowledgement of what happened and demonstrate some understanding of what they need to do from there on in?

Well, well, well. Has anyone heard back from Potato_Prinlges*? I sure haven't. However, Potato_Pringles234 has applied for membership.

Almost certainly another admin accepted his app on accident. There's no real way to prevent that. The likely only reason this hasn't happened prior is because for a while I was doing almost all the apps (and also the only person leaving apps in limbo), but now the other admins are more active once more.

In the future we should likely just create a new temporary denial message… sigh.

From the Site Rules:

Posting: Do not spam the site with shitty articles. If staff tell you to slow down or stop posting, listen to them.

Advocating for a 1-week ban due to violation of this rule, in combination with totally ignoring their revocation and their creation of a new account to apparently evade their revocation.
