This is the latter part of some really long logs. The first bit is just more of the same, with a lot of refusal to change and idiocy. I'd warned him about his nick four times or so before actually taking action. I got a little rougher than I should have, but he was incredibly non-cooperative. He then procedeed to do… something? in 17:

Yeah, I'm obviously not an op, but this looks like blatant trolling. Dude knew he was underage, or was claiming to be, or… something. Either way, that flash of lucidity at the end makes me think it was all for the lulz. For the lulz is trolling, so… yeah. Definitely supporting perma with chance to appeal after a year (or sooner whatever but I don't think it'll make a difference).
