Summary:

Posted SCP-2498, derped about a bit, got a downvote, deleted and immediately reposted in another slot without even changing the designation in the article.

User Mystachio posted SCP-2498, then renamed and retitled the page to "Transgalactic Sentinet (sic) Arsenal". I retitled and renamed, but after 1 downvote the page was deleted. It reemerged a few minutes later in the 2901 slot. Advised the author that this was not in accordance with the rules and started a summary deletion vote, but again it was deleted soon after.

Author did not respond to any of the posts on the respective discussion pages, and coupled with the rest of their actions I'm convinced this person did not do any of the required reading. Recommending standard revocation.

Also, this reeks of thatfedoradude, but there's no way to be sure.

Once again, I must ask: Why was this user not flagged as abusive before their SCP was deleted?

Fortunately, as last time, I could still flag them from elsewhere.

I did flag them as abusive. Is there a special way to do so?

I went to their series III edit and did it from there. Did I miss something?
