Alright, so, I was in and out the last few months because of my student teaching responsibilities; this is fairly well known. However, for the last two weeks or so, I've started student teaching at a high school…with block scheduling…for four full blocks of 90 minutes apiece…with no planning period…for two different curricula. I'm literally at or possibly past my wit's end, far and away; I was a shrieking, blubbering mess at the end of this weekend with the stress, and this isn't going to end soon. It's a day-to-day struggle just trying to get enough materials in to fill 90 minutes of time, twice, with only the time available to me after school. My wife is helping me nearly full-time, for Christ's sake, and she's got her own full time job. I'm not sleeping well, my judgment is shit, and most importantly in the immediate sense, I don't have time do do much for the site.
I'll duck in 05 and check out things, vote on bans and such, help out where I can, but my resources are heavily limited. Sorry for the temporary absence, but God knows Christmas is coming.
