Voting - Post Moderation (Blanking/Deleting)

This is vote on the proposal to make the following changes to post moderation on the Mainsite:
Posts that are determined to have broken site rules may be BLANKED or DELETED, based on their content and/or severity of their rule breaking nature.
- A post may be BLANKED if it is considered by staff to be low-level trolling or spam (e.g., "SCP sux", "FUCK STAFF", "ha ha scp r gay", etc). If a thread is spammed by low-level troll posts by one or more users, only one offending post per user may be BLANKED, with the remaining offending posts DELETED. Notes as to the content of these deleted posts will be left on the user's 05 thread; detailed notes are not required. In the event of a post containing excessive spam (e.g., "FUCK YOU" repeated for 15 lines), it may be DELETED instead of BLANKED, with a simple note as to its contents on the user's 05 thread.
- A post may be DELETED if it contains severe rule-breaking behavior, such as harassment of a user, illegal or non-constructive graphic content, links to a virus or other potentially harmful destination, or is designed to alienate others based on their race, sex, sexual identity, religious beliefs and/or political affiliations. A screenshot of these offensive posts will be kept, and either placed under a collapsible in the user's 05 thread, or uploaded to a private section of the 05 forums, where it will be made available to users upon valid request (such as serious concerns over a user's banning). Links to objectionable or potentially harmful content may be edited out of publicly-available versions of these screenshots for general user safety. If a conflict of interest occurs between the HARASSMENT TEAM's protection of victimized users and efforts to keep a public record, the needs of the HARASSMENT TEAM will take priority.
The moderation of above will be granted to members of the DISCIPLINARY TEAM, as allowed by the functions of Wikidot and their respective status as OpStaff, ModStaff, or Admin. Misuse of this power will be treated as per existing policy for article moderation.
